Edward J. Towner
Edward J. Towner has been promoted to the rank of chief master sergeant in the U.S. Air Force.
Towner, a wing information management superintendent with 22 years of military service, is assigned to the 6th Air Mobility Wing, MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, Fla.
He is the brother of Duane E. Towner of Rural Route 1, Ulster, Pa., and William H. Towner of Rural Route 3, Rome, Pa.
In 1980, Towner graduated from North East Bradford High School, Rome.
