Army Reserve Brig. Gen. Leslie A. Purser
admin writes, "Army Reserve Brig. Gen. Leslie A. Purser has assumed command of the Military Intelligence Readiness Command at Fort Belvoir, Fairfax, Va."
Purser, is the daughter of Marilyn Miller of York Ave., Towanda, Pa., and the late Charles F. Miller.
Her husband, Joe, is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Purser of Garden Place, Roswell, N.M.
Gen. Purser will be a part of a swearing in ceremony which will be conducted at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Cemetery in the near future.
The general graduated in 1975 from Towanda High School, and received a bachelor's degree in 1980 from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
